Thank you for shopping with FogGlow. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES
We ship to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping (where available): 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak periods such as Halloween season (October).

SHIPPING COSTS
Free UK delivery is included on all orders of 2 or more units. Single unit orders may be subject to a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.

TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All products are shipped from our fulfilment partners. Your order may be subject to customs inspection. FogGlow is not responsible for any customs delays outside of our control. All applicable import duties for UK deliveries are included in your purchase price — there are no hidden fees.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund.
